Responsibilities:
• Performing application development for power semiconductors modules
• Describe and secure the interactions of the power semiconductor components with all design elements
• Resource and capacity planning, setting and reaching goals, follow up the results
• Active participation in development and continuous improvement processes
• Focus point between plants and development headquarters
• Keeping contact with international teams

Requirements:
• Electrical Engineering or comparable degree
• Experience in the field of semiconductor development and testing
• Experience in team coordination or in people/project management
• Experience in hardware development
• Fluent English
• Team oriented approach, good coordinating skills
• Flexible, proactive, result driven personality
