E-LEARNING Assistant (SZJ-11510)
Main tasks:
• Desk support to answer questions of users with different roles, giving them guidance, report problems and initiating trouble-shooting;
• Technical support to the maintenance of the existing online modules on LEEd platform
• Administrative support to the Moodle workshops 2023
• Technical and administrative support to the live sessions organised in onsite activities on request of activity managers
• Technical support regarding LEEd ongoing development: finalising the 2nd enhancement package; event management, support to the exchange plugin users, testing of all developments and related scenarios, preparing next upgrade;
• Support the implementation of online courses and other training activities
Requirements:
• Education: post-secondary education attested by a diploma, or secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post- secondary education and appropriate professional experience of at least three years.
• Work experience: 3 years
Knowledge and Skills:
• Experience in using online training tools for educational purposes
• Experience working in the Moodle learning management system
• Experience in LMS user management
• Experience in organising meeting and training events
• Excellent organisational and logistic skills, ability to schedule and prioritise
• Attention to detail, administrative skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Good analytical skills
• Good Office suite ICT skills, in particular Word and Excel, presentations
• Ability to deliver under stress
• Good inter-personal, communication and presentation skills
• Very good command of written and oral English corresponding to level B2 or higher of the Common European Framework reference for Languages
• Motivation – open and positive service-oriented attitude
Advantageous:
• Experience in using online training tools for educational purposes

• Experience in the organisation of events, meetings, training activities
• Experience in working with online interaction tools
• Knowledge of the EU security environment
Computer skills required:
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
• Very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for languages and above)
What we offer:
• Fixed term contract
• Expected starting date and duration: 16 February 2023 – 31 December 2023, 10.5 months
• Monthly gross salary of the position: EUR 2,108.13
