-- Leading of technical negotiations with automotive customers
-- Coordination of international, cross-functional project teams (systems, HW, SW, electronics, mechanics, test, simulation etc.)
-- Cooperation with other teams: sales, manufacturing, quality, technical purchasing, controlling
-- Optimizing of development processes, planning of project steps
-- Following up targets, making reports to the customer and management
-Using project management tools, solving technical problems

Requirements:

-- Electrical engineer, mechanical engineering or other comparable degree
-- Experience in managing technical/SW development projects
-- Strong technical and negotiation skills
-- Fluent English
-- Experience is SW development is an advantage
-- Knowledge of AUTOSAR, ASpice, ISO26262 is an advantage
